Can I book a vacation rental on your website?
Yes! Our wesbite allows you to select and book your perfect vacation rental property. Click the BOOK NOW button above to be redirected to a list of all of our vacation homes.
What is check-in and check-out time?
Check-in time is at 4PM and check-out is at 10AM. If you are arriving early, please feel free to reach out for an early check-in. If the property is ready earlier, we shold be able to provide for an early check-in.
What types of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. If paying with a credit card, please note that there is a 4% credit card fee that will apply.
We also accept e-check payments with NO additional fees.
Where is Venture Out located?
Venture Out is located at 701 Spanish Main Drive, Cudjoe Key, FL 33042.
What is the $125 fee for that Venture Out charges us?
The community of Venture Out charges $125 at time of arrival to the security gate. This charge is separate from your rental amount and covers your parking pass along with the many amenities that Venture Out has to offer including boat ramp access, the massive 80' heated saltwater pool by the ocean, lighted sports courts (tennis, basketball, pickleball and bocce), the community store, oceanfront swimming lagoon and more!
When is trash and recycle pick up?
Household garbage pick up is Mondays and Thursdays. **Please make sure that ALL trash is securely bagged and placed in the provided trash receptacle. Bring your trash can curbside the night prior to pick up.
Recycling pickup is on Wednesdays. **Please ensure that ONLY recycle items are in the provided recycle bin.
Yard Waste pickup is on Wednesdays.
If you have larger or additional trash, please bring this to the dumpsters located by the Overflow Parking Area.

Are there parking restrictions at Venture Out?
There is space for 1 vehicle only at your rental property. Some of our rental homes do have short driveways and your vehicle wil need to fit completely on your driveway.
If you have an additional vehicle or if your vehicle will not fit on the driveway, there is an Overflow Parking lot located inside of Venture Out available on a first come, first serve basis provided by the Venture Out community for $5/day. Please see the guard shack for an additional parking permit.
In the event there is no additional parking places at the Overflow parking lot, please contact our office and we can recommend some local, nearby storage lots.
How much is the initial deposit to reserve one of our properties at Venture Out?
To reserve one of our rental properties, 25% of the total balance will be due at time of booking. If there is a security deposit required, that will be due also at time of booking. The remaining balance will be due 60 days prior to check-in.
Is a security deposit required on my reservation?
Most guests choose to purchase a Generali Damage Waiver policy for $55. This policy covers up to $3000 in accidental damages or missing items. Guests also have the option of choosing the security deposit option instead which range from $150 for our RV Lots to $1500-$3000 for our vacation rental homes.
Please Note that RV Lot rentals will require a $150 security deposit.
Do you have a required minimum night stay?
Most of our Venture Out rentals can be rented nightly with no minimum length of stay required. However, some of our rentals do have a minimum night stay. Please check the rental listing description for these details or call us anytime at (305) 395-3799.
Are your rental properties at Venture Out pet friendly?
Yes! We have many pet friendly rentals at Venture Out. Venture Out has a 2 pet maximum for any homes or RV Lot Guests. Some of our homes do not allow pets. Please check the rental listing description to find out if the home allows for pets or feel free to call us (305) 395-3799. For the homes that do allow pets, there is a $150 pet fee per pet that will be added to your reservation. All of our RV Lots are pet friendly!
Is smoking allowed in your rental homes?
Smoking is not allowed in any of our vacation homes. Some homes do allow smoking outside, but please check your homes rules to be certain. If there is evidence of smoking inside the home, a minimum of $500 will be charged to the guest for additional cleaning.
Do you have Quiet Hours at your Rental Properties?
Yes! For the comfort of your neighbors and the residents at Venture Out we have Quiet Hours from 10PM - 7AM.
What are the rules for Golf Carts at Venture Out?
Venture Out on Cudjoe Key is a golf cart friendly community. Golf carts must be electric and abide by speed limit rules within the community. Golf Carts can be rented to use during your stay. Please let us know if we can arrange a golf cart rental for you.
What is your cancellation policy?
Guests may cancel up to 60 days prior to check-in with a full refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. Cancellations within 60 days of check-in are non-refundable. We encourage guests to protect their stay and purchase vacation rental insurance through us.
Do I get a refund if a hurricane is predicted to affect the Florida Keys?
We do live in a tropical environment where tropical storms and hurricanes can be a threat. In the unlikely event that a mandatory evacuation for a hurricane or tropical storm is put in place during your stay, you will be refunded any remaining days that you have paid during the mandatory evacuation period. However, if there is no mandatory evacuations put in place, then there is no refund. We strongly recommend purchasing a trip insurance policy through us to protect your stay.
Do all of your properties have a washer and dryer?
Most of our homes do have washers and dryers inside the units, however some do not. Please read the lsiting description details to confirm. If your unit does not have a washer and dryer, there are 5 bath houses inside of Venture Out with ShinePay App operated machines for your use.
