It's Time for some Fun in the Sun here at Venture Out's gated community on Cudjoe Key located at Mile Marker 23 in the Florida Keys!

A cozy 1 bedroom, 1 bath cottage with a 35' concrete seawall that will accommodate up to a 32' boat. This idyllic vacation rental has a relaxing screened in porch with comfortable seating to watch the boaters go by and maybe get a glimpse of a manatee swimming by.

The bedroom has a Queen size bed and TV. There is a closet and dresser for storage. The bathroom is located just outside of the bedroom and is equipped with a stand up shower and bench.
In the living room there is a sleeper sofa for additional sleeping accommodations plus an air mattress is located in the bedroom closet as well. A dedicated workspace including a desk, chair and printer are available for those who work on the road.

The fully equipped kitchen features a glass dining table with 6 seats. There is a laundry closet inside the home with washer and dryer.

Outdoor you will find a gas BBQ grill to cook up your fresh catches.

A separate Registration Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. This fee must be paid with cash or credit card (4% credit card fee will apply).
Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Your vehicle must fit completely on the driveway. The driveway measures 118" wide and 14' Long. 
Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. 
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected.
If you are using Instant Book to reserve this home, a damage waiver policy will be included in your stay and can cover up to $3000 in accidental damages or missing items.
Main guest must email a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager after booking has been accepted. The vacation rental agreement must be signed and returned within 24 hours of booking acceptance. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
