Situated in the exclusive Venture Out community, guests have access to a heated pool, a tranquil hot tub, tennis and basketball courts, pickleball, a playground, a convenient on-site store, a marina lounge, a boat ramp, tiki huts, and a swimming area directly in the ocean. Located just 23 miles north of Key West and 32 miles south of Marathon, this unit boasts an ideal location for various occasions. This property can comfortably accommodate up to six adults, and a Queen sofa bed is provided for extra guests for added convenience. Its prime location allows for easy and swift boating access to both the Atlantic and Gulf sides. Featuring a 35' concrete dock, a fish cleaning station, a swimming ladder, and dock posts, this property offers endless possibilities for relaxation after a day on the water, allowing you to unwind on the deck with your loved ones amidst the refreshing Salty Breeze.
Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key. A Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay.
Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 6 people, and all guests need to be registered with the rental manager. No smoking. Up to 1 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am. Unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.
Please submit a copy of your driver's license to the Rental Manager for our records.
Venture Out is a private gated community and requires all guests full names including children who will be joining you for your stay. Please include all your guests names when you submit a copy of your driver's license.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
