Home is equipped with a washer and dryer in the home so you can pack light. Stocked kitchen to cook up some fresh meals and a dining table with seating for 4. This home is close to all of the amenities at Venture Out.

Venture Out community offers an array of amenities for your enjoyment, including an 80' oceanfront saltwater, heated pool and jacuzzi, tennis courts, pickleball, bocce and basketball courts, a kiddie playground, a recreation center with books, pool table and ping pong. There is an on-site stocked convenience store that has your snack cravings covered, beverages on hand and all the fishing equipment you need. Launch your boat with ease from the community's boat ramp and fuel up at the on-site fuel station before setting sail.

Located inside Venture Out on Cudjoe Key.  A Registration/Check-In Fee of $125 (subject to change) will be charged by Venture Out at time of arrival. Parking for 1 vehicle per Unit. Extra parking permit may be available at the Guard Station for an additional nightly fee for a maximum of 14 days depending on availability. Must follow all the Rules and Regulations during your stay. 

Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 years or older. Overnight occupancy is limited to a maximum of 4 people, and all guests need to be registered with the rental manager. No smoking. Up to 2 small dogs permitted with manager approval and payment of $150 per pet nonrefundable fee. Check-In is at 4pm. Check-Out is at 10am. Unless otherwise arranged with the Rental Manager prior to arrival. To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable $1,500 Security Deposit will be collected. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE. 
Please submit a copy to the Rental Manager for our records once your booking has been confirmed.
All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed.
