Inside, Breezy Keys boasts a luminous and airy layout with abundant natural light and a spacious screened-in porch offering tranquil views of the canal. Cool tile flooring, a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances, and an indoor dining table for 6, making it the perfect place to unwind and savor the laid-back Florida Keys lifestyle.
 
Sleeping arrangements...The primary suite showcases a queen bed, smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom with a stand-up shower and soaking tub. Meanwhile, the guest bedroom is equipped with two twin beds and a spacious closet. Additionally, a full guest bathroom with a stand-up shower is conveniently located just a few steps away from the guest bedroom.

Unwind in the Downstairs Outdoor Oasis: Indulge in the invigorating ocean breeze within your very own private outdoor retreat. You'll have access to a fishing cleaning station and a portable grill for preparing your freshly caught delights. Whether you prefer to relax in the hammock, gather at the picnic table, or simply soak up the sunshine on one of the loungers, this outdoor haven is designed for your ultimate relaxation and enjoyment.

Pet-Friendly Paradise: Bring your furry friends along to enjoy this pet-friendly home. A maximum of 2 pets are allowed with approval, with a non-refundable pet fee of $150 per pet.

This is a 28-night minimum rental per county ordinance. Proper county and state taxes are collected regardless of booking platform. Renter must be 25 or older. ***The renter will be asked to send a photo of their drivers license upon booking. There is a 4% credit card processing fee or you may pay with an e-check with no additional charges. **PLEASE NOTE IF YOU ARE PAYING WITH AN E-CHECK, THIS PAYMENT OPTION IS THE SAME AS PAYING WITH A PAPER CHECK. IF YOUR E-CHECK IS RETURNED FOR ANY REASON, YOU WILL BE CHARGED A $25 RETURNED CHECK FEE AND BE REQUIRED TO PAY VIA CREDIT CARD WITH A 4% CREDIT CARD PROCESSING FEE.  All reservations subject to final approval from the local Rental Manager. Online bookings accepted with approval from the Rental Manager within 24 hours. The vacation rental contract must be signed and returned after speaking with the Rental Manager for the reservation to be confirmed. 
To ensure that you are protected, as well as the owner, we offer a $55 Damage Waiver Insurance. If you chose to opt out of the Damage Waiver a refundable Security Deposit of $3000 will be collected at time of booking.
